The Convoco Forum 2006 was held in the Museum for Constitutional History in the Augustiner Chorherrenstift on Herrenchiemsee.

Following the invitation by the initiators Dr. Corinne Michaela Flick, Prof. Dr. Paul Kirchhof and Prof. Dr. Stefan Korioth, the nine participants debated on the topic of “Welche Regelungen sollte der Gesetzgeber unterlassen? Grundsatzüberlegungen zum Wert des Rechts als rarem Gut”.

The Forum was moderated by Prof. Andreas Bönte, programme coordinator at the Bavarian Broadcasting Company.
